Dimensional Tuck Knitting Basics

Most of the Dimensional Tuck stitches are made by the stitches, Right Tuck Together (RTT) and the Left Tuck Together (LTT). In class you will learn how to work the RTT and LTT stitches as you make your own quick-knit super bulky cowl.  How to read the charts unique to Dimensional Tucks and why the tucks behave as they do will also be discussed. Sample garments and examples of Dimensional Tucks worked in tandem with other knitting techniques  (intarsia, entrelac,etc) will be on display.

Students must to know how to cast on, knit, purl, and purl stitches together.

Class project will be worked flat and seamed/grafted.

Project pattern given will have both charted and written instructions.
